General comments
Bij heupfracturen, implantaten en ingrepen wervelkolom: bij bekende S.aureus-dragers wordt aangeraden mupirocine-neuszalf toe te voegen.
Bij ingrepen die langer dan 4 uur duren, profylaxe herhalen.
