General comments
Indien er sprake is van S. aureus bacteriëmie, dan tenminste 2 weken i.v. behandelen.
Bij S. aureus osteomyelitis zonder bacteriëmie kan de i.v./orale switch al na 1 week plaatsvinden o.g.v. kweekuitslag.
