General comments
Antibiotica niet primair geindiceerd, alleen bij bewezen secundaire infectie. Bij voorkeur pas antibiotica starten bij bewezen necrotische pancreatitis en na bekend worden van bloedkweken en diagnostische punctie.

Indien ernstig ziek: deze therapie in afwachting van kweekuitslag, daarna op geleide van de kweek.
