Dosering vancomycine: zie Middelen- vancomycine en bij TDM vancomycine.
Sterke aanbeveling om kunstmateriaal te verwijderen, gezien dit is geassocieerd met sneller klinisch herstel.
Minimale behandelduur voor plaatsing nieuwe drain:
